The Santa Ana Watershed Association (SAWA) is a group composed of four R

Resource Conservation Districts (RCDs), the Orange County Water District,  and several participating agencies. SAWA is involved in a variety of projects designed to improve environmental quality and habitat within the watershed of the Santa Ana River.
