| Members The Santa Ana WatershedAssociation (SAWA) is a group composed of five Resource Conservation Districts(RCDs) and several participating agencies. SAWA is involved in a varietyof projects designed to improve environmental quality and habitat withinthe watershed of the Santa Ana River.
